My novella, Made to Forget, is the first of a series that take place about years in the future in my hometown of Wichita, Ks. It features two new races that share the world with humans and a complex plot involving Elsabetha, a sergeant in the Aurora Vanguard, struggling to find out what happened to her after waking up in the hospital with no memory. A Kansas native, Samantha LaFantasie spends her free time with her husband and three kids. Writing has always been a passion of hers, forgoing all other desires to devote to this one obsession, even though she often finds herself arguing with her characters through much of the process. She’s primarily a fantasy writer but often feels pulled. The novella, Made to Forget by Samantha LaFantasie is a science fiction thriller.
